簡介: 聶國政,1979年6月生,工學博士,2003网站太阳集团副教授、碩士生導師。2011年畢業于華南理工大學發光材料與器件國家重點實驗室微電子與固體電子學專業,獲博士學位,導師:彭俊彪教授。2012-2014年在深圳天馬微電子股份有限公司從事博士後研究工作。期間參與研制MO-TFT驅動的彩色顯示屏,設計和開發高遷移率和高穩定性的稀土摻雜的氧化物半導體材料(Ln-IZO),其遷移率和穩定性遠超過傳統的InGaZnO4材料。

主講課程:《集成電路原理與設計》、《電磁場與電磁波》、《高頻電子線路B》、《半導體器件物理》、《固體物理》等課程,
主要業績:主要從事薄膜電子器件與集成、稀土納米功能材料的可控合成及傳感應用研究以及亞波長光學器件設計方面的研究工作。近五年以第一作者或者通訊作者在 Applied Physics Reviews , Nano Letters, PHYS. REV. APPLIED, Appl. Phys. Lett.,Optics Letter, J. Phys. Chem. Lett., physical chemistry chemical physics , Optics Express,《中國科學:物理 天文 力學》,《物理學報》等國内外期刊發表SCI學術論文30餘篇,他引800餘次。申請國家發明專利10餘項。主持國家自然科學基金1項、省部級科學研究項目4項。Advanced functional materials, Appl. Phys. Lett. , Applied Physics Reviews , Optical Communication, physical chemistry chemical physics 等期刊審稿人。
近年主要研究方向:
1)薄膜電子器件與集成。
2)鈣钛礦量子點合成與發光器件制備,維納光學器件設計與仿真、納米腔耦合體系的光操控。
3)稀土納米功能材料的可控合成及傳感應用研究。
拟招收2-3名具有微電子和光學背景研究生,具有以下技能之一的學生優先:
1,具有熟練操作各種真空鍍膜設備以及手套箱器件制備技能。
2,具有利用VASP軟件計算半導體材料第一性原理技能
3,具有利用lumerical FDTD軟件做二維材料超材料表面等的維納集成光學性能仿真技能。
4,具有使用silvaco軟件做GaN和GaO基MOS器件集成工藝和性能仿真技能。
