- Lack of Sleep
This is one of the major cause of under eye circles. If you are not having 7-9 hours sleep then it may cause dark circles. Many people cannot sleep due to stress. Lack of some vitamins in your diet especially vitamin B12 and vitamin K also causes darkening underneath eyes.

- Excessive use of mobiles and computers
Eye stress is caused when you sit in front of the computers or mobile phones for long hours. This causes pressure on the eye muscles which leads to dark circles.

- Sleep 7-9 hours a day to reduce stress hormone. Add magnesium and Vitamin B6 rich food in your diet.
- Limit your intake of alcohol/smoke.

- Drink plenty of water to at least 10-12 glasses a day to flush out toxins from your body.
- Reduce the intake of salt.
